Topstick TPU PVC and polyurethane adhesive applied to conveyor belt

Topstick TPU: PVC and Polyurethane Adhesive for Conveyor and Component Repairs

Topstick TPU is a two-part PVC and polyurethane adhesive designed for industrial bonding applications that require strength, flexibility, and lasting durability. It performs exceptionally well in the repair of PVC conveyor belts, polyurethane linings, and other high-wear industrial components.

This two-component system cures quickly and provides excellent chemical resistance — ideal for material handling, manufacturing, and conveyor maintenance operations.

Why Choose a PVC and Polyurethane Adhesive?

Bonding PVC or polyurethane effectively requires an adhesive specifically engineered for those materials. A PVC and polyurethane adhesive ensures strong, permanent bonds where generic solutions often fail.

Topstick TPU offers:

Superior adhesion to flexible PVC and PU surfaces

Two-part formulation for increased bond strength and reliability

Ideal for splicing, joining, or patching damaged sections

Excellent performance under dynamic loads and chemical exposure

Free from trichloroethylene and fast curing time

In addition, its balanced open time gives technicians flexibility during repairs without compromising curing speed.

Applications of Topstick TPU

Topstick TPU is trusted across multiple industrial sectors, including:

PVC conveyor belt splicing and repair

Polyurethane lining patching on hoppers, chutes, and pipes

Flexible ducting and PVC hose bonding

Polyurethane roller or bumper assembly

Heavy-duty bonding in chemical processing plants

Tip: For best results on metal substrates, use Topprime metal primer before applying TPU.

How to Use Topstick TPU Effectively

Topstick TPU is trusted across multiple industrial sectors, including:

Surface Preparation

Clean, dry, and abrade both surfaces to be bonded. Use primer for metal surfaces.

Mixing

Mix resin and hardener thoroughly in the specified ratio until uniform.

Application

Apply evenly to both surfaces. Allow flash time before mating parts.

Bonding & Curing

Press parts together under pressure. Full cure develops over 24–48 hours depending on conditions.

Note: Always consult the technical datasheet and MSDS before application.

Important

Topstick TPU is a flammable product and therefore should be used above-ground only and not near any source of ignition.
